It's new year eve and the boy already had his reunion dinner last night.
For new year eve he was free so he decided to study for the coming exam. But in the morning, his dad asked for help for painting the wall. It was like the traditional for cleaning up the house he felt. The next thing he did was to pack up for heading Sarawak, his hometown tomorrow. Left a few more hours and he could visit his lovely grandparents and lots of rarely meet relatives. Can't wait.

For today, while everyone was gathering and having reunion dinner, the boy was with his family eating sushi. New experience to be considered. For a while, his parents and sister went to buy some clothing left him sitting alone eating alone. It was a pretty funny and awkward moment for him.

Late in the night, while waiting for fire crackers to show up, he remember how happy he was chatting with the girl. How he told her how will he took good care of his future wife,which possibly meant her. Now was hoping that she would send a message 'safe trip' to him although it always just an imagination for the boy. SMILE!

A Friday before holiday makes everyone lazy.
Reaching in school having a hope that the class have more than half attending. Well, the class did not disappoint the boy with half and a little more came. But teachers were upset, he knew. Luckily that it was not that boring as imagined. He was glad that most of his friends came too.

After school, the boy had his reunion dinner with his grandmother. But not everyone in the family attended at the punctual time. This year has less Chinese New Year mood then the past.

Surprisingly she came to school too. It was great. And she was later moody in the night and he tried his bast to cheer her up although he had no idea how. He just tried.

It's time for school.
This morning the school made an event for the Chinese New Year celebration. The boy was one of the community member of the organizers. Early in the morning, he had work to do, carrying tables, arranging them, informing teachers and more. It was a busy start coming back to school. Everything went well, but just the crowd wasn't high or to say not active. Something to add on was the the performers did a great job.

After the event, they took some pictures and there was a ang pao (red packets) and oranges giving ceremony. The boy went on to help out with Xun Ling, one of the members too. And she was over reacting when one of the teachers told her that she was cute, and she went on telling everyone. When comes to cleaning up, the crowd disappears the fastest. And the boy was requested for taking pictures.

Back to class, they had some cam-whoring session. Every the whole class got involved in the group class picture, but it was sad that some of them was absent, including Min Yu.

Things get better. During cam-whoring, the girl even asked to get a picture together. While some girls were too excited asking them to get nearer. Tomorrow, she actually planed not to attend school, and half of the class had the same decision too. He tried to message her persuading her to come and miracle do happens sometimes, the girl changed her mind. Lesson of the day: If you don't try, you'll never succeed.

Last day of competition and back to school tomorrow.
Last day being in the competition area had some sad emotion that soon the dream will end. The even for today was all final for single and double. Chao Ming, one of our school representative fight hard for a gold medal, but all his hardwork was just enough to made him second. He was so near yet so far to it. But for the boy, it was an awesome achivement, should be happy for it.

Well, they went celebrate the great results by having a feast at the Shabu-shabu restaurant. And they don't have to pay for it! They ate as many as they could and the bill was 200 over. What a great lunch.

He went back to school to find the girl to borrow her chemistry file and it was nearly school ends. He met her while those girl are still gossiping at the corner, smiling wickedly. He was hoping that she wasn't under pressured or something as going through these rumors.

His first time was taken away by a girl.
It was women and men singles' tournament today and the boy already knew what is going to happen since morning. He is going to lose. Because of sportsman sprit, he still faces the matches. The first one was great, and the second one was great for his opponent, but he did managed to win one round of four for the second match. It was a great one because he did perform well on the first one, and he faced his old school mate for the second match.

Other of the time was spent wasting on waiting. All he could do was to play games on handphones and watching matches of both poker games and table tennis. Great for his teammates that they both won and went into the second round continue playing.

A wonderful event worth mentioning was that he met his old schoolmate Wei Yun. Not denying that she was prettier than before. Had a short chat and off to game. He met some of the people that he knew ut never had that courage to talk to them. Oh dear, should have been more brave. But he had a great chat with his old schoolmate through handphone messages.

Things get a bit more abnormal in the afternoon. While he was playing games on Tun Jie's phone, a girl walked near with a question asking could I have your phone in Chinese. The boy mistook that she wanted to borrow it maybe for a call or something. He told the girl that the phone wasn't his and belongs to Tun Jie.Then she said she wanted was the boy's number. Woah, a nice-looking girl asking for number from him, he was stunned and gave a small laughter like an idiot. Soon realizing what happened, he rejected her request. Sorry for making you like a fool girl, serious. No teasing.

Soon, he went back to school alone by cab just not to miss the fetch by his aunt. Still fine early reaching school so he headed back to school for getting homework. And he found out Min Yu was back from his chess competition and the class was having fun while the teacher was not around. Some said hi, some didn't even bother. Well, that's normal. He told the story what happened and some did not believe that. Cool.

He was feeling good just to see her, but lost of words seeing her. She said 'hi' that made him fly. He never expected that she kept those homework for him too. Honestly he was happy for that she was being kind. Well, the girls had a bit too much taking her as a guardian to him, asking him to kept those things for him even money. He did not wanted her to feel stress in front of them. Before leaving, Yoki did not forgot pointing to the boy the the girl was behind. OH MY!

Tired caused by awesomeness.
The boy went in to school earlier than usual, he is going for a competition today for table tennis. The main objectives was to inform his teachers that he will not be around for 3 consecutive days. But most of the teachers was not around because it was still early, but he still get to inform a few of them. Chess competition was today too, so Hue and Min Yu both of them also waited at the canteen together with the boy.

Reaching the avenue, a horrible feeling and thought came. He did not expect so many talented players to attend. He only expected to be a few good ones, and most to be like him himself. He tried to calm himself down but starting to concentrate on every players advantages by watching them practicing, but it feels like a stalker. Among them, there were a few of them who was national players. What an horrible sight just to see them practice, they were strong!

Almost whole day spent at the place there. When waiting names to be called for competition, most of the time went lifelessly, doing nothing. But it was some great games to be played and the boy's group won the third place! Thanks to his teammates!

Maybe there's a chance that the boy get to meet Wei Yun as she was studying there.

Honestly, it was disappointing not to receive a 'good luck' message from her. It was one of the things should be expected at the first place. Smile!

Sunday morning without going to church.
Woke up in the morning getting ready for church and found out that dad was still sleeping soundly. Dad changed the plan without informing the boy making him lost 3 minutes of sleep. Later woke up at 9 by the sound of the vacum cleaner. They quickly done the house work and head out for breakfast, or lunch, it was late.

All day long, revising idea kept popping up in his mind, trying to study Chemistry or Biology, but neither one of the was revised. He was busy helping his dad to do some interior design. Painting and brushing. He had some idea in his room too, his dad left him for decorating himself. But when come to working it out in his room, his dad decided to postpone it as it will create a mess. Soon, they will make it soon.

Singing competition final is today, Million Stars. Must be interesting.

A thought always came to his mind that the girl will left him a message, Good Luck for he will facing the table tennis competition. A thought is a thought. He knows well that it will not happen. Face it.

He is a Chinese and Chinese New Year is near.
This year, he'll be going back to his hometown for the third time in his 16 years of life. Preparations. He and his family went to shop for some new clothing for New Year and his grab a lot of them since dad is paying for it. He brought a couple of tee too. It was tiring for him.

There will be an Oral assessment and originally he was with one of his best friend, Min Yu. But they were the third group to present and Min Yu was joking that he wanted to quit. Some took it seriously and made the group without him. And now Min Yu was mad and thought the boy betrayed him. This wasn't the truth! He had even no idea that they really form the group without him. Sad case. Oh dear.

He wished he did have the chance to reply every tweet she tweeted, happy or sad. On the better hand, he was the same group as she do for oral. Cheers.

It's been a while.
Things got as normal as possible. Facing a little glitch here and there. Reason for not updating recently because sis had to use the laptop for doing her online interview. There's no reason for not lending it to her. Well, wish her the best of luck.

On next Monday, the boy had to play a game for table tennis representing the school, a sports that he haven't played for years. Done with it, best of luck.

Those girls were still guessing but they did nailed it hard to the right one. She was kind of hinting the boy about his crush appearance. The horrible part was she was trying to notice the girl too. Things are soon not being secret anymore.

Thing never get better for him and her. She gave him cupcake during Tuesday, chatted on Wednesday, and never said goodbye on Thursday. The goodbye was his fault actually. Well, he misses her, that's true. And she tweeted something about 'perfect guy' but he was not related and mentioned.

Miss the great time of yesterday.
He had a really great time even just recalling back what happened yesterday. But things will not repeat the second time, back to life, boy. It was lifeless today. Again, he planed to finish those tons of homework but again ended up time wasted. He wished he would have focused on what he wanted to do and do it well.

She seems to have some issue of argument. So he look her up and see if there was a problem. And yea, everything was fine than normal. Think too much.

Sing it out loud!

An event he had long begged for permission from his mom just to sing for 3 hours. It worth the time, money and the pleading. It was awesome and had fun. He went to Scott's Garden to meet up with Nicholas, Melanie and Joan for a karaoke session. They sang, or shout as loud as they could just to have some stress-free moments. It was enjoyable! Awesome!

And a big thank you to his mom for giving the precious permission for hanging out with friends. Big smile.

Cherish the moment and he did. He knew who he was to her so he doesn't expect much. A couple of picture is enough.

Day spent on watching lion dance.
Dad's company is growing stronger and bigger. He had his new factory build beside the old ones and it was the opening ceremony for it today. Many of his workers which the boy wasn't familiar with came for the event. He was assigned by he dad for being a videographer for that event where he thinks it was an important event for his company. But he never knew his boy was more interested in photography than videography. But during this event, he saw how his dad gain respect from the others, including his workers. He hopes he have those respect one day like his dad.

Tomorrow the boy is going out for a karaoke session with friends. He persuaded his mum for a long time for giving him permission by annoying her. His mum stated that he is going to face his big exam this year and should hace put priority to studies. As a promise to himself, he'll work hard!

Chinese New Year is near!

Chinese society had spent their effort in succeeding today's event, Caligraphy writing competition. Tons of sentosarians attended and participated in the activity including the boy himself. He was pleased to see how people are passionate about cultures that are passed down generation by generation. It was a success for the activity today! He took part in it and was qualified for the 1st round, should be happy as he had never gotten that chance for 17 years of life. 

It was Ming Qing a.k.a Timothy's birthday. It was awkward for him when these boys kept repeat singing the same old birthday song anywhere and anytime. Lift, canteen, or even toilet. He should be 'proud' that he had these great friends to made him proud of his big day. Tons of love letters was written for him and was stucked in his green turtle backpack. Happy Birthday, MING QING!

During English lesson, the boy's English teacher made a personality test for the class. Enjoyable moment with laughter around. Partially was totally untrue. She even pointed out who is his soulmate.

The boy done the test and shows his soulmate was her. Awkward stunned while others were laughing. He does hope it was true. 

A day originally planed for study ended up half done.
Tuition starts early in the morning and the boy was late for it. The day was spent no concentrating on revision. But more on homework and internet. The laptop at the corner has been always seducing the boy to get his hands on it. Well, ended up half done add maths homework.

Tomorrow, 25th of January. It was Ming Qing's birthday, one of the member of the District 7. Time to prepare present, a letter with love!

Tuition as always meeting her there. But without contact, nothing. Should he be congratulated for keeping his promise not to get to close to her as a way to protect a friendship with someone else?

Pissing teacher off is not a really great idea.
Everyone talks that's normal for students but not for teachers. The boy's additional maths teacher pissed off today due to students not paying attention in class. And he was one of them. He never saw this add maths teacher that mad before, not even once. Shocked, everyone was shocked about her reaction today. She went mad and scolding, decided not to teach anymore. He never knew what todo but the first thing that came to his mind was to apologize to her, but he never had that courage, even if he was accompanied. Lesson learnt, never pissed a teacher off.

Speak, juniors, speak! Fear always holding people back. There is a meeting today for the Red Crescent Society. The boy took in charge of the Form 1s (equivalent to Grade 7). They all were like woods, no offence. But you have to speak, that gave you a chance to succeed in the future. Some did speak, some never did. He was hoping that it will get better somehow, expecting more from the to be the active ones. And he wished he will never faced the condition when he speaks and no one respond anymore.

Never expect anything for zero disappointment. He wished he had never saw how close the girl is with the others. He tried hard not to show any respond out, trying hard.

Ming Qing's birthday is 3 days away. Preparing a suitable present for someone is always a tough job to do and think.

Keeping a secret to himself is hard, especially when everyone was trying to know and guess. They did even trust in their guessing that it was the right answer and it was. The boy is afraid that someday this secret will be revealed and known publicly. He does hope he can say it out loud without hurting anyone's feeling.

The boy has always wished that people remember how he sacrifies things for something better. Regarding the prefect board, he has expectation that people remember how well he did his job in Form 2 which is equivalent to Grade 8. He went with Nicholas today to search for teachers inviting them to the caligraphy writing competition which will be held on Friday. They ran into a disciplin teacher and invited him to come along. He did some encouragement telling that the boy was being good and should have joined the prefect board. But he never realize that he was once one of them. Even the teachers don't remember, how can he expect some younger generation to cherish it.

Things will be better for days to come.

How he hopes for the best everyday. For things to get better everyday. And it does, he thinks. 

A great start of the day by breaking the school rules on purpose having a little awkwardness.
Before the day even started, the boy already knew he was going to break the school rules. He had no shoes for school the nest day, which was today. He washed the shoes late due to laziness and the rain gave a hand on drying them. With a small little praying the the heart, hoping that no one realize that he wore a pair of Nike sports shoes to school. Not even reaching the school, his cousin pop up with a question asking 'Did you wore the wrong shoes to school?'

All day long he was trying to hide his shoes to avoid disciplinary actions by the teachers for doing so. But his friends were so supportive trying hard to promote how good were those shoes are. Shouting here and there trying to expose those pair of shoes to the public. And many has realize and came to the same question, 'Why do you wore those shoes to school?' And the answer was so embarrassing and it had to be repeated as a manner to a question.

Yellow house practice. As planed was to practice table tennis with Min Yu, one of the classmate and a great friend of the boy. A couple of game was played and the girls joined in. They were players with potential ahead and started by learning how to start a ball. She was there too. Amazingly.

Yoki, one of his friends and also classmate told him that she had a 90% confirmation who was the crush of the boy. Yea, this topic should be worried as it will soon not be a secret anymore. While this girl he admires had some really great time during the house practice. He was taking back a few moments when he was teaching her to play table tennis as a method to maintain a friendship.

Work hard. In his definition, it means sleep and do nothing.
He told himself to finish all the housework and homework starting from the morning. Plans always ended up different from it. He woke up late and his whole family went out. He did the 'shoes washing' but it was already noon and he wasted the morning for television. Then the socks. He was working hard and here comes mummy's calling for lunch. The job was continued, by his dad. And he did help too, in his dreams, he went to have a nap.

Soon after that, he realize it was not right and he finishes part of the homework. And soon, the rain decided to give the boy a hand in drying his shoes. And now he had to prepare something else for school tomorrow as he is not going to wear those wet shoes. Let's hope that he doesn't get caught for disobeying the school rules.

Night time, movie along with some housework. The uniform was not ironed and it was 'fashionable' hanging there. No more maid to help ironing those uniform, poor ones.

He was still wondering if it was really weird to post how he thinks of everything here including her.

Leadership course on Saturday morning.
Normally, Saturday will be a worry-free day and he would have slept until late morning. But today he needs to attend a course in school as he has given a duty as a secretary in his Ping Pong Club. He never expected what he will gain from it neither experience or knowledge but just for the sake of it.

Reaching school with a tired mind and body, greetings here and there. It started with attendance, just like any other normal ones. Then speeches and speeches. And it continued with a talk given by some representative from KDU participated along with some activities which brings some lesson out of it. F.E.A.R. False evidence appearing real. Value ideas, people and time. It's was great without denying.

And it continued with some divided group talks given by teachers. Teaching students the way of handling their own jobs as secretary. This boy has been made like a fool believing the words of his teacher that it wasn't that tough for this job. He proved her wrong after the talk.

She was there, in the course. But he did not know whether or not to get to her as what he did to his own promises. He had nothing to expected. And surprisingly with coincidence that they form their group together.

Having lots of fun playing with a game that haven't been touched for months.
It was 'time to play' lesson. Last night, the boy took his table tennis bat which was pretty dusty for the PE lesson today. Although playing publicly wasn't that comfortable but it was awesome having those times spent with table tennis. Great game played with Min Yu who lost 2 matches to the boy. Competition getting nearer, on February, hope he was ready and don't mess the dignity of the school and himself.

Ying Lee was still trying h ard to know who was her after the session and never gave up the fact that it was Melanie. Hope he has the opportunity to say it one day, maybe? And those photogenic boys was trying to get some photos together. While Yih Yoong was captured along with his 'true face and true colour'.

And without denying, the meeting for Red Crescent Society today was quite a failure.

She was absent today for school attending a gathering outside of the school for both girls' guides and scouts. It was a bit of weirdness concentration in the air, felt the boy, maybe the absent of her? Who knows.
